Drawing from cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, and mindfulness-based therapies, Amanda Neal, PsyD, provides personalized mental health services tailored to each client’s unique strengths and goals. Her extensive training in trauma-informed psychotherapy allows her to deeply understand how early adversity, chronic stress, and complex trauma influence emotional regulation, identity development, and relationships. Amanda creates a safe and validating environment, essential for healing, and offers compassionate care to help clients in the United States build resilience and thrive.
With a strong commitment to both clinical precision and compassionate connection, Amanda helps clients build insight, regulation, and resilience—so they can thrive with confidence and clarity.
Amanda’s work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be both empowering and practical. She values transparency, collaboration, and individualized care—whether she's conducting a comprehensive psychological evaluation or providing long-term therapy. Her goal is not just to alleviate symptoms, but to help clients better understand themselves, navigate life with greater ease, and feel equipped to create meaningful, sustainable change.
